- karen pSingh is terrific! He is so knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me with my laptop when I needed to erase the hard drive and re-install all the programs . I also am "old school" and he worked diligently to figure out how to reinstall windows 7 (not 10) and windows live mail (from a 2012 program). He also helped with explaining things to me clearly about how to use my cell phone and what to look for when getting a new cell phone. He explains things in a way you can understand. Also, when I was having a problem with my laptop and ipod synching on songs, he did his best to try and find a solution even though it was not normally something he works on. His prices are reasonable and he is friendly to work with. No reason to go anywhere else for your computer and cell phone needs!
